delisted after it was resolved at the company's Annual
General Meeting held on 10 November 1998 that the company cease
to be listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange - we understand that in order to provide the majority of New Zealand shareholders
with a fair and reasonable method of realising their shares a selective
reduction of capital pursuant to which the shares of the
relevant shareholders were cancelled in consideration of
the payment by the company of an amount per share equal to
the weighted average closing price of Boag shares on the 5
trading days ending on 5/11/98
