we understand that following a prolonged period of low levels of trading activity and volume in Cairn shares on the ASX the Company decided to delist from ASX - arrangements were made by Cairn and D&D-Tolhurst Ltd, to facilitate the sale of shares by Australian shareholders - those retaining their shares on delisting had their holdings transferred from Cairn's Australian share register to the United Kingdom share register
