we understand on the 17th June 1996 Continental Goldfield's (CNF) shareholders approved a consolidation of that company's share capital which increased the par value of CNF shares from 20 cents to 40 cents, thereby halving the
number of CNF shares and options on issue - to reflect that consolidation, the Supreme Court approved an amendment to the original scheme terms to enable Callina shareholders and optionholders to receive 2 CNF shares and 2 CNF options, respectively, for every 5 Callina shares and 5 Callina options held by
them
