we understand shareholders approved and the court ratified a reduction in the capital by cancelling all ordinary shares in the company (other than those held by the executive directors Messrs Sam Linz, Robert Gavshon and John Price, an executive director of The Galore Group (U.S.A.), Inc, Mr Sydney Selati, and their associated interests) and paying the holders of the cancelled shares an amount of 40 cents per share
