company has a small amount of cash and a residual holding in Disctronics (see also notes for that company) a company that lost its listing on 3 Feb 1993 - attempts are being made to realise Disctronic's overseas assets which will have some flow through to Quatro shareholders - there are some 3500-4000 shareholders who will not be able to crystallise any capital loss until this is finalised - we will maintain contact with the company
