we understand Zinifex shareholders received 3.1931 Oxiana shares for each company share they held - the ATO has ruled that scrip for scrip rollover relief is available to Zinifex shareholders resident in Australia who hold their shares on capital account and who would make a capital gain on the exchange of their shares

quotation at the close of trading today, 20 June 2008 following lodgement with the
Australian Securities and Investment Commission and ASX of the Court order approving
