we understand that ZBB achieved a United States listing for its shares on the American
Exchange (AMEX) and completed its Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the United States - there were a number of reasons given for the discontinuation of the local listing including that the cost of maintaining it was no longer justifiable or necessary as shareholders in Australia are still able to trade their shares on the AMEX
