Tony McLean, Chief Executive Officer 

Tony has more than 35 years investment and financial management experience. He has held a number of senior roles in large multi-national companies and from 1992 to 2001 was Chief Executive of the Australian Shareholders’ Association (ASA). Tony has featured regularly in all the major Australian newspapers and other publications and for many years he was a columnist for The Australian.

With the assistance of the Australian Stock Exchange and the ASA, Tony established deListed in 2002 to provide comprehensive coverage for shareholders of suspended, delisted and failed companies. In 2009 deListed became part of Investogain Limited which is owned and managed by Tony and Brendan Birthistle.

Brendan Birthistle, Executive Director

Brendan has twenty years relevant experience as principal, sole owner and responsible manager of Connaught Consultants which operates in the field of financial planning. Previously Chairman of the Australian Shareholders’ Association and CEO of Rayners. Non-executive Director of a successful, listed company and a Director of several successful private companies.

Anna Lee, Accountant

Anna is an accountant and economist and has previously held senior accounting positions in industry. She has been with deListed since its inception in 2002 and brings her considerable investment and taxation experience to our mission. Anna assists with and advises on most of our development activity and in particular, manages our investment and accounting functions.
