deListed has been active in trying to resolve the fundamental problems experienced by shareholders in companies that have gone into administration. In particular we have made representations to Government and to regulatory bodies on Capital Gains Tax issues, including a submission to the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Corporations and Financial Services which conducted an enquiry into Australia’s insolvency laws.
