Are you frustrated by not knowing:
- what has happened to your company?
- if it is in administration, receivership or liquidation?
- who is responsible for its fate?
- its current status?
- if there is a possibility of any return?
- what you can do to claim your tax loss and when you should do it?
- whether a liquidator or adminstrator has made a declaration for tax purposes?
- if there is a possibility of taking legal action?
deListed seeks to provide answers to at least some of these questions. And there is no fee as we believe the information should be on the record and at least freely available to shareholders.
The best place to start is to search for your company using either the Code or Company Name search box which feature on every webpage. You may also find your company from a list by clicking on the appropriate letter of the alphabet index at the top of each webpage.
Please note that we provide information for companies listed or previously listed on ASX, NSX, BSX and NZX.
If after using the search facilities you can't find what you need, you are welcome to leave us a message. Please bear in mind we are unable to help with private (pty) companies, public companies that have never been listed or with companies domiciled outside Australia or New Zealand.
