following the successful completion of the merger between Scarborough Minerals plc, Buka Limited and Danae Resources NL, it has been agreed to make a number of changes to the board of Danae - Scarborough has appointed Mr Robert Champion de Crespigny as Chairman of the board,
with Mr Mark Carnegie and Ms Louise Herron appointed as Non Executive Directors - all of
the current Directors of Danae including Mr John Corcoran, Mr Don Lewis, Mr John Bovard
and Mr Andrew Roberts have tendered their resignations with immediate effect
