(NYSE:STZ and STZ.B) that BRL Hardy shareholders could make an election as to the form of consideration for their shares; all cash, Constellation scrip, or a combination thereof - those who elected to receive Constellation scrip were entitled to 0.2685794 Constellation Shares for each BRL Hardy share (subject to rounding down) based on the offer price for each BRL Hardy share of A$10.50 - BRL Hardy shareholders who received their entitlement in the form of Constellation CDIs (those in Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore or the United Kingdom) received ten CDIs for every Constellation share to which they were entitled - shareholders received A$10.50 cash per share in respect of all other BRL shares for which they did not elect Constellation stock | 14/04/2003 |
