we understand the decision to delist the Fund from ASX followed an investigation of alternatives to narrow the discount that had developed over time between the ASX trading price of the Fund's Units and their underlying net asset backing - the relatively low level of liquidity in trading in Units on ASX, together with the compliance costs of maintaining an ASX listing, had also been contributing factors - the Fund has established a Redemption Facility so as to allow Unitholders the opportunity to exit their investment on a quarterly basis at 90% of the net asset unit value providing the fund is liquid - it says it will only change this policy after providing at least one (1) month's prior notice on its website (but not posted to Unitholders) - Entrust Funds Management (EFM) is apparently located at Level 17, 140 St Georges Terrace Perth, telephone number(08) 9476 3900 Fax: (08) 9321 6333 Postal Address: PO Box Z5034, Perth WA 6831 - email:info@entrustfm.com.au - they say "For queries regarding your unitholding please call Investor services: 1300 557 010 (freecall)" - we would be interested to hear from any unitholder (to admin@delisted.com.au) who redeems their units
