The company on 31 October 2018 received a notice citing section 249D of the Corporations Act 2001 requesting the company call and arrange to hold a meeting of the members of the company. The purported notice was received from Next Level, Brave Warrior Holdings, Verve Resources, Mr. Khurelbaatar Urlnasan and Ms. Zolzaya Byambaa representing more than 5% of the issued shares of the company. The purpose of the notice is to remove Ms. Xue Dongping, Ms. Siying Guo and Mr. David Huang as directors and to appoint the following: Gregory Orne Western Wood, Enkhtuvshin Kishigsuren, Sologo Gunsendorj and David Wheeler in their place. The company is seeking legal advice as to the validity of, and discrepancies in, the notice.
