On 26 September the Company again extended the offer until 5pm (EST) on Friday 10 October 2014. The Company now advises that the Offer has been closed. Our client has informed us today that it has completed a review of Aquila operations in response to declining commodity prices generally and metallurgical coal prices in particular. Unfortunately, the outlook remains difficult for the foreseeable future and as a result, Bounty Mining" contract will not be extended at the expiry of its term of 30 July 2013 and the Aquila operation will be put into care and maintenance.

Bounty is in negotiations with Anglo American to extend and expand its contract. Bount" only lender is VETL Pty Ltd ("VETL"), a company associated with Chairman Mr Gary Cochrane. At 31 December 2011, the loan balance, including capitalised interest, was $8,276,212. On 2 February 2012, Bounty renegotiated its loan facility with VETL. The material changes in terms are as follows: - If no Capital Raising takes place, the loan is repayable on 31 December 2013 (previously repayable 30 September 2012); and - Interest is payable monthly in full (previously $25,000 partial payments monthly). - NTA at 31 Dec 2011 was a negative 39 cents

company said today that it had received advice that its client Anglo American intends to place the Bundoora mine at the German Creek Complex, on care and maintenance. Bounty had previously advised the market that, under the contract with Anglo American, mining at Bundoora was due to commence in August 2011. With the decision to place the mine on care and maintenance, commencement of mining at Bundoora is now deferred indefinitely. It is expected that the period of deferral will extend beyond the period of the current contract which runs until July 2012. The Bundoora mining project represented approximately 25% of the anticipated revenues from the Anglo contract for FY2012
