An agreement has been signed with DRC Drilling Pty ltd to undertake the next drilling program at the Company's Croydon Projects in North Qld due at the end of April/ beginning of May. Last year's drilling program culminated in 4 graphite discoveries at the Company's S1-S, S4 & S7 anomaly areas. The Company will be undertaking drilling at other anomaly target areas. The program will mainly involve diamond drilling. The program will also include drilling at the Company's Polymetallic areas. The details of the drilling program will be announced closer to the start date of the drilling.

CGN will receive grant funding of $110,000 for initial evaluation of its promising S3 Graphite Prospect in Croydon, Qld. The grant is to fund seven (7) diamond core drill holes for a total of 500 m to confirm the presence of interpreted graphite mineralisation.

Four new areas of graphite mineralisation discovered at EM anomalies S1-S, S4-N, S7 and 1.5kms to the NW of the Golden Gate Graphite Prospect. The S1-S graphite discovery potentially extends the currently known Golden Gate Graphite Prospect by over 1.5kms to the SE. The discovery to the NW of the Golden Gate Graphite Prospect possibly extends the prospect by 1.5kms to the NW. 3 Drill holes at S4 with a strike length of 800m. Graphite intersections ranging up to 6.02% over 21m and 8.87% over 5m. A follow-up exploration drilling program is scheduled to commence in late April / early May as soon as ground access is possible.

In order to recapitalise and strengthen its balance sheet, the Company is proposing to undertake: a consolidation of its current issued capital on a ten for one basis; and a capital raising, which will be conducted on a post-Consolidation basis and comprise of: a fully underwritten 1:1 entitlement offer to existing shareholders to issue 123,902,786 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company at an issue price of $0.12 per Share to raise $14,868,334; and a placement of 66,666,667 Shares at a price of $0.12 per Share to raise up to $8,000,000. Upon completion of the Capital Raisings, the Company will have raised a total of up to $22,868,334. The Company provided submissions to ASX setting out the details of its proposed exploration program and recapitalisation strategy and seeking ASX's confirmation of the conditions that the Company would be required to satisfy to apply to reinstatement of its securities to trading. Freefire has advanced the Company $12,555,483 under various loan facilities, which have accrued interest of $3,153,426. The total amount owed by the Company to Freefire as at the date of this announcement is $15,708,909. Upon completion of the Capital Raisings including the Debt Conversion the amount owed by the Company to Freefire will be reduced to approximately $5,719,547. Assuming successful completion of the Capital Raisings, the Company will have up to $12,878,972 in available cash. Funds raised from the Capital Raisings will be used towards exploration at the Company's Projects, considering acquisition opportunities that may be presented to the Board from time to time and general working capital.

Flotation of a composite sample achieved a final concentrate product with a graphite grade of 95.3%. Graphite is ultra-fine grained with 90.5% less than 53 microns and 66.6% less than 25 microns. Graphite is present at Platy Flake. Future Test work to focus on optimisation and it the graphite is amenable to micronisation and/or spheronisation processing.
