3,199,060 Performance Rights granted to executives and Senior Management of the Company under its Employee Share Plan have now vested as a consequence of the Scheme becoming effective. These vested Performance Rights have now been exercised by the various holders, including Mainstream's CEO Martin Smith. The Company has issued a further 3,199,060 fully paid ordinary shares to the relevant participants, resulting in the Company having 142,857,422 fully paid ordinary shares on issue.

The securities of Mainstream Group Holdings Limited will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading on Monday, 18 October 2021 under Listing Rule 17.2, following lodgement of the Federal Court of Australia orders with ASIC approving the scheme of arrangement by which Apex Fund Holdings Australia Pty Limited will acquire all of the issued shares in MAI.
