a strategic review was completed by Intrasia Capital Pty Limited, corporate advisers to Superwoman Group Limited. From the findings of the review it was concluded that the existing operations were unsustainable. The board has adopted a new cost effective events management business model. In adopting the new business model a significant reduction on occupancy costs and staffing requirements was needed. This is currently being implemented
