TOT notes Velocity Property Group's announcement today. The Proposal includes, amongst other things, the acquisition of AMF Finance Pty Limited for $3 million. TOT will also sell its equity interest in VP7 to TGP and is also expecting to be repaid its convertible note as part of the Proposal in line with TOT's real estate equity strategy. Based on TOT's 50% ownership of AMF, TOT is expected to receive $1.5 million for its interest which would be included in the FY21 result. The sale remains subject to the Proposal proceeding.

The company announces the sale of its last remaining development site at Burleigh Heads for $7.25M. Contracts for the site were exchanged today and settlement is due in late March 2021. After repayment of this asset specific financing of $3.66M, the general net proceeds to the group is $3.45M which will be applied to either repay debt or to originate residual stock loans should the proposed restructure be successfully completed.
