Bieson Pty Limited as trustee for the CH LEP Investment Trust now holds all of the units on issue in Australian Leisure and Entertainment Property Trust. Charter Hall Holdings Pty Limited now holds all of the shares on issue in Australian Leisure and Entertainment Property Management Limited.
