Read News & Events above and note the company has failed - its shares are worthless and have been for more than 5 years! | 12/04/2019 06:48:17 |
It is now 2019. What is the present news on Metalstorm? I own 600 chares which I bought over a decade ago. I have never received a dividend. | 11/04/2019 15:01:39 |
I saw a programme about USA weapons just recently and they named Metal Storm weapons, they did not even change the name.\n | 12/01/2016 15:55:46 |
In 2000 the Chinese offered O\'Dwyer $100 million for the technology. The American military listed Metal Storm in its Top 10 of military technologies. The American Military have had their hands all over Metal Storm and no doubt have acquired the technology without having to pay any of the shareholders a cent. Typical behaviour expected of the good old USA. Vladimir Putin summed it all up when he said- Having the USA operating the way it does, at least makes Russia look good in the eyes of the world. And the Chinese also acquired the Metal Storm technology anyway. What a tragic joke. | 08/12/2015 10:57:53 |
Where is my comment I just posted? | 20/07/2015 16:26:05 |
I have shares in Metal Storm as does my two daughters. I think it is a sad reflection on the share industry that people like myself were simply DUMPED. If the company was valued at M43 in 2007 where did the money go and why was there no distribution to shareholders. Simple question - Where is the money? | 20/07/2015 16:24:17 |
Sir & Madams, I still own 1,000,000 shares in MST, can you tell me what they are worth? I paid about $30,000 for my shares. | 17/04/2015 17:49:24 |
Another pack of criminals who feather their own nest and stuff the shareholders. | 06/03/2015 16:00:05 |
I've spoken to Alister Yee at Farnsworth Shepard who confirmed the company went into liquidation in July, 2014. There was no distribution to shareholders. Noteholders may have a slim hope, as assets are still being marketed for sale. He also advised that Metal Storm Inc, which was the American subsidiary, has filed for bankruptcy. It is curious their website is still there with a copyright date 2015! | 17/02/2015 15:41:06 |
That's it for ordinary shareholders. When will we see the return for noteholders (if any)? | 12/11/2014 12:40:51 |
Anyone know why metal storm has a brand new face page . Are they in business | 30/07/2014 20:35:16 |
It's all official metal storm has now gone into liquidation so no if or buts its now done . Forget investing in Australia you would be wasting your money . They should of had the balls and sold it to the Chinese instead of being American lap dogs | 29/07/2014 20:30:56 |
If MST have sold out to America???? where are our dividends? I invested money and have see no return. I bet the CFO/CEO are sitting back with a fat bank account. Very disappointed.... | 29/07/2014 14:20:05 |

Metal storm is and will make everyone extremely wealthy just wait . The best ideas in history always had hard times of disbelief , for instance the eight shot revolver over the musket . People and I mean the average joe or di who believed in your choice of dream you have not failed . Failure is never acting in what you think is a good idea . Failure is wishing to do something good but sitting back being safe and never getting anywhere in life . You all have balls who did invest in this great weapon | 05/03/2014 20:46:45 |
I feel sorry for the Australian inventor who founded the company, a true talent. He should have taken up the offer of the Chinese to work for them! | 25/02/2014 20:43:03 |
I too have read about google buying up robot company's . It would be the best weapon for robots cause it's light compact and only needs a electronic pulse to fire the projectile . I think this is we're metal storm belongs in the future which is right now | 21/02/2014 09:49:51 |
I read google is very interested in metal storm for there robots . As google has taken very high interest in robotics they have brought petman , Boston dynamic | 21/02/2014 09:45:45 |
Good you all understand its over now . No more rubbish talk of is it going to happen . 12 days with no reply to what I told everyone it's over | 10/02/2014 19:12:26 |
I will tell you now your shares are worth nothing and will never be cashed in cause you can't sell nothing and get something for it . The company is finished forever for Australian share holders | 28/01/2014 15:09:56 |
When can I cash in my shares | 28/01/2014 14:52:51 |
This company was no good since 2001 . I sold all shares then for a tidy profit . So all you share holders out there now who still dreaming of making lots of money , sad to say you miss that boat 13 years ago | 24/01/2014 11:29:30 |
The share holders are out of the game we lost no matter what you think facts are they will never return to the asx | 21/01/2014 15:09:48 |
CALL ME CRAZY......THIS COMPANYS PATENTED TECHNOLOGY IS STILL A GLOBAL GAME CHANGER. | 21/01/2014 13:49:20 |
The company is dead finished gone caput it ain't happening . The dream is over we all lost | 16/01/2014 15:16:31 |
any news on restructure etc.... | 15/01/2014 11:50:17 |
I too have lost money and am not happy. Such great concepts never came to fruition. Inept management, should of been a financial success for all of us investors. How do we get a true update on what is happening with the administration process? | 19/12/2013 03:04:49 |
Metal storm is still alive I tell you all who have given up hope | 11/12/2013 17:50:12 |
Just let it go and forget metal storm . You have more chance wining powerball ten times in a row first devision than metal storm making share holders wealthy | 03/12/2013 16:09:21 |
Yes have to agree its been over for a long time . This is the end of metal storm . Once and for all metal storm has ended its run . I to have lost a lot | 03/12/2013 12:13:47 |
Dream on, this company was terminal a long time ago. As soon as the last share offer was complete I became suspicious as the founding director started dumping his shares, which slowly brought down the price. It was apparent then that it was over as well as the fact that no other directors had any financial interests in the company. The only interest was to milk it until there was no more. With all the projects in the pipeline I would predict that some yanks are sitting there ready to steal the remnants. Like I've said before, it's really strange how the company had setup in the US but had no support, has sought after viable products but couldn't bring them to market. I truly hope I'm wrong as I have a substantial amount invested, however I predict the administrators will just scavange the carcuss until there is nothing left. Then like 21/11/13 says, great profits will be generated by another co, leaving us out of pocket. | 29/11/2013 15:34:35 |
We the original share holders will be successful in getting a return . Even if some one buys it . Always be metal storm by name . | 25/11/2013 15:56:23 |
I've seen it before -great product- but it will be sold off and under another company the technology will develope and great profits will be generated - but not for the current shareholder. such a shame! | 21/11/2013 09:57:41 |
I have 2875800 shares and it ain't over till they declare it | 01/11/2013 18:40:42 |
Shot itself in the foot....Its had two legs amputated and an arm, on life support and fighting a staf infection. But its not over yet.... | 27/10/2013 18:32:01 |
I have 60,000 share in MST. I hope the company hasn't shot itself in the foot. | 27/10/2013 10:48:25 |
You can contact FarnsworthShepherd on line, they sent a report (of the meeting which i asked for on the afternoon of the 22nd), the next day. You can't claim a loss until the body dies, but don't be optimistic be realistic. There is only a faint pulse, | 26/10/2013 09:45:58 |
I have faith am in for the long term | 19/10/2013 17:17:58 |
Be patient good things take time . When it starts it will be international | 17/10/2013 12:35:09 |
Any news? | 15/10/2013 15:41:44 |

Don't stop believing in your dream or give up hope either otherwise you would never had invested in this . Keep that dream and yes the ones who never dream lay down and die | 04/10/2013 18:23:38 |
I am guessing that when mst come back on the asx they will trade at 3 cents | 04/10/2013 10:10:09 |
When they start trading I will buy more shares in mst | 04/10/2013 09:39:58 |
Well I hope something can be done. Had potential, but maybe not worth throwing good money after bad. | 03/10/2013 21:58:50 |
Fellow metal stormers all you need too know about what is happening with metal storm is posted on the farnsworth Shepard home page . Everything about what is happening to mst is there for all share holders to see | 02/10/2013 07:28:59 |
Mst is in a coma it's on life support . It's not dead and can return from its coma state or they could turn its life support off and that will be the end of a long saga . We're there is smoko there is still life . | 02/10/2013 07:24:59 |
If it is over then claim capital loss . You cannot can you cause that person is right it ain't over . You are weak and should not have brought mst if you thought money would come before hard core mst faith . I am a ordenary guy of no business fortitude but a interest in a object I believed in called metal storm and wanted to be part of the revolution and make some coin . Good on those people starting this thread makes me feel like when I first invested in mst . Irregardless what happens . And yes irregardless is a word | 01/10/2013 20:01:25 |

Wow the line is alive like metal storm started . That person is right metal storm is not finished . A business review for 2013 to 2018 say non lethal weapons are the new growth for military and police . And will be worth 1.2 billion dollars a year and out of 8 contractors metal storm was one of them and is the best one . | 01/10/2013 19:15:38 |
We are delisted not deregisted . You sound like a metal stormer too me so hold on and share your story why you brought metal storm . Remember metal storm forever forever metal storm . We are the ones who will laugh later | 01/10/2013 18:24:47 |
Do you persons of faith know something I don't?There may be a few crumbs for note holders but we share holders, I can't see much joy. | 01/10/2013 18:03:40 |
That guy who lost 30 thousand is right they should of sold to china . After all America sell its weapons to Muslims and terrorist . America has lost to answer to . Iraq bombed Iran with chemical weapons after America said Iran was going through Iraq boarder then looked the other way . America is not the world boss who they think they are . Blood is on there righteous hands . So why bother selling metal storm to them . We can sell to anyone who wants it like America does without consence | 01/10/2013 18:00:15 |
I did loose faith but you have made me feel good again . Till the end . Like that person said metal storm forever forever metal storm | 01/10/2013 15:15:08 |

Write my brothers and sisters never lay down and die . We never invested to give up so quick | 01/10/2013 14:56:41 |
It is not over yet . Metal storm has always been riding the edge of the Clift and never falling over the edge . Making money is never easy but worth it when you make it the hard way . And metal storm is that . Lots of faith in this company till the end . Metal storm forever forever metal storm......... | 01/10/2013 14:15:20 |
Metal storm will make it . Things have yet to begin and they will have faith in your investment | 01/10/2013 14:09:13 |
I myself an investor in MST with a loss of approx 30K was always perplexed how this company with its sought after technology and basically set up in the US had no major commercial interest jumping all over it. It became abvious that it was run into the ground so our US buddies can pick up the technology for nothing. They should have brought in the Chinese as partners back when they showed interest, but as usual our gutless Government officials succumbed to their US Masters. | 01/10/2013 08:56:33 |
I wonder, Will the shareholders who have been defrauded of their hard erned money for this investmenst get ANY money back???????????.I bet the CEOs get their share of our money. Its all to typical of the Australian market. | 25/09/2013 16:43:35 |
I can understand incompetence, laziness, apathy always running to overseas always America, the country with more fruit loopes per square kilometer, than any other country in the world, some smart greedy American will buy, metalstorm for a pittance, while our asics stands around and does nothing as Australian shareholders get defrauded. | 05/09/2013 21:38:56 |
Any news yet on metal Storm? | 24/08/2013 09:34:42 |
3 wars, a list of high ranking US military in the board of directors with significant links to the US market, government clients and weapon industry and the result is the incompetence and disastrous performance of this greedy company who pumped and pumped funds to achieve basically... nothing. Except perhaps of comfortable salaries and overseas trips to those directors on the payroll of many shareholders. What a farce. Another proof that Australians are the worst business managers in the world. | 05/08/2013 19:13:30 |
Here is the plan: 1. ASOF deal got up. They will convert notes and essentially own 95%of shares 2. Company will essentially move the US with a restructured board 3. There will be a very significant dilution (prob move the decimal point a couple of places on your holdings) but will resume trading soon (maybe weeks due to a few hoops to jump through first) 4. MSI continues trading in the US and is progressing Colt contract and looking for others 5. Expect ask announcement maybe on Monday Not the best outcome but at least our shares are worth something.....not much but something. Probably a long time before you can sell them for any decent amount....but at least company still alive....for now. Good luck. | 02/11/2012 18:03:47 |
