U&D Coal Ltd (ASX: UND) (UND or The Company) is pleased to announce that it has completed the Buyback process first announced to the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on 18 August 2014. Eligible Shareholders voted in favour of the resolution to approve the selective buyback on 12 November 2014, and an Off"Market Buyback Offer Booklet was despatched to shareholders on 28 November 2014. The buyback offer timetable has been adhered to by the Company, with the offer closing at 5pm on Friday 16 January 2015 and the Buyback proceeds despatched to shareholderstoday by both direct credit and cheque. The buyback offer was for a maximum of 8,557,800 shares and the Company is delighted to advise that the offer was taken up by 94.7% of eligible shareholders, representing 97.2% of eligible shares.
