Securities Held by Custodians - a FREE service for shareholders

deListed will accept securities that are held in the name of a custodian, provided the securities appear on our Eligible Securities List and the registered holder of the securities completes an Off-Market Transfer (OMT) and registers the transfer of the securities on the company’s share register wherever that is possible.

Securityholders should note that our company Investogain Pty Ltd will acquire each parcel of securities for a nominal consideration of $1, offset by an equivalent $1 service fee. No payment is thus required from either party.

The securityholder must arrange with their adviser, platform provider or custodian to have the OMT prepared and emailed to admin@delisted.com.au for execution. Paper transfer forms are not accepted.

The name of the buyer is Investogain Pty Ltd (ABN 88 129 443 447) and the address is PO Box 1169, Chatswood NSW 2057. Investogain Pty Ltd is a Financial Services Licensee (AFSL 334036).

We will execute the OMT electronically as buyer using the Docu Sign service, provide a HIN reference if required, and issue an invoice for the service fee of $1. The completed OMT and invoice will be emailed to the email address provided.

The custodian is to proceed immediately with registration of the OMT on the company’s share register wherever that is possible.

Where registration cannot for any reason be effected, beneficial ownership of the securities will nevertheless pass to Investogain Pty Ltd upon execution of the OMT. Execution of the OMT constitutes a completed sale for CGT purposes. Registration of the OMT may, at our discretion, be pursued at a later date if circumstances change.

The investor remains responsible for ensuring the custodian’s transfer documentation is correctly completed.
The investor accepts that Investogain Pty Ltd is the beneficial owner of the securities and is entitled to receive and retain dividends, distributions, proceeds of sale, or other entitlements arising from the securities.
