The suspension of trading in the securities of Hastings High Yield Fund (the "Fund") will be lifted at the commencement of trading tomorrow, 17 March 2016, following the release of the Fund's half-year reviewed financial report for the period ended 31 December 2015.

The company lodges its half year accounts.

Aurora Funds Management Limited as Responsible Entity of the HHY Fund announces that as a Noteholder of Antares Energy Limited Convertible Notes, it has received a circular from the Trustee of the Notes that the Trustee has convened a meeting of Noteholders. At the meeting, the Noteholders will be asked to consider, and if thought fit, pass a resolution to have an independent investigator appointment to conduct an independent review in relation to the sale of "˜Northern Star' and "˜Big Star'.

Aurora Funds Management Limited as Responsible Entity and Investment Manager of the HHY Fund announces that as at 31 January 2016, the Fund held (and continues to hold) a position in Antares Energy Convertible Notes. The size of the position at this date was 0.88% of the Net Tangible Assets of the Fund. The AZZG are currently suspended from trading and this notice is to advise HHY investors of our exposure to the notes. At less than 1% of NTA we believe this position is not material.

Aurora Funds Management Limited as Responsible Entity for HHY Fund wishes to advise of a delay in the lodgement of its half-year report for the period ended 31 December 2015. The units in the Trust will be suspended from trading on the ASX until the half-year reports are lodged.

The securities of Hasting High Yield Fund will be suspended from Official Quotation from the commencement of trading today 1 March 2016 following failure to lodge its Half Yearly Reports/Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2015 in accordance with ASX Listing Rules.
