The key difference between the Group's FY22 Preliminary Unaudited and Audited Financial results is due to the expensing of IPO transaction costs (incurred to 30 June 2022), previously held on the Balance Sheet as a deferred expense, following the withdrawal of the Offer under the Replacement Prospectus dated 2 August 2022.
