As a consequence of this uplift in the Portfolio's valuation, RNY's unaudited net asset position is circa 4.9 cents per RNY unit as at 30 June 2019. Huntley advises that the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2018 will be released shortly. The half year financial statements ended 30 June 2019 will be released as soon as possible thereafter.

CBRE Group has just completed an independent valuation of RNY's 5 commercial office properties in the Tri-state area of New York, resulting in an increase in the valuations from US$68.8 million to US$79.5m, representing a 16% uplift on the previous valuations. This uplift in the portfolio's valuations will result in a material uplift in RNY's Net Tangible Assets. RNY's investment manager, Aurora Funds Management Limited, is continuing to positively execute its turnaround strategy for the underlying portfolio. Huntley advises that the audit of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2018 is still being progressed. Huntley will lodge the Audited Financial Report as soon as the audit is completed.

RNY's investment manager, Aurora Funds Management Limited, has successfully executed a loan modification deed with RNY's US lender, ACORE Capital ), curing the existing loan default over the portfolio of property assets and facilitating a viable future for the portfolio of five (5) office properties in the New York Tri-State area. A major long standing tenant has renewed 91,027 square feet for 10 years and 8 months on terms that represent a 31% base rental improvement on the expiring lease. It is anticipated that RNY will need to complete a capital raise to fund the remaining obligations under the loan, to repay short term funding provided by Aurora and to support working capital requirements going forward.
