Thank you for being part of our development since September 2001. With your ongoing support, we look forward to many exciting years ahead.
Since 2003 we have been acquiring Worthless Securities in companies that are no longer quoted on an Australian stock exchange.
While it may be an easy process for you, it has to be more than just a simple transfer between associated parties and should always be conducted professionally. Please proceed via the three steps below.
You should note we are directly licensed by ASIC and our service is widely recommended within the financial industry. Recommended because of our long involvement in monitoring and reporting on developments with failed companies, whether listed or delisted.
The shares and other securities we acquire, may be currently registered in your name or in the name of a custodian, for example Wrap platform shares. (We also acquire shares and other securities in unlisted public companies and in private companies which do not feature in the list below.) We recommend in all cases you seek independent professional advice before selling your securities, in this case your accountant is probably the best person.
The worthless share transaction should facilitate for you, the crystallisation of a capital loss for tax purposes, the wind-up of an SMSF or estate or the closure of an account.
Review the table below to check if your securities are eligible for acquisition (last updated 14 June 2026):
Please ensure you read our Product Disclosure Statement prior to submitting any transaction paperwork.
Enter the details of your securities here if they are registered in your name, your private company's name or your SMSF's name
or
if they are registered in the name of a custodian (eg Wrap platform shares) please go here.
Can I sell shares in unlisted public or private companies?
Yes, we do acquire shares in these companies - even if the company is in external administration - providing the shares are unencumbered and fully paid. Enter the details of your securities here if they are registered in your name, your private company's name or your SMSF's name.
